BGP launches its “campusglueck” project in Cologne

BGP is starting a new student housing project: A total of 53 single and communal apartments are being built for students on Ostlandstraße in Cologne’s Weiden district. The first phase of construction was finished on 01 April 2015. The last apartments will be ready to move in to by the end of May.

More living space for students

Affordable living space in university cities is in short supply. BGP’s “campusglueck” project is designed to create additional and affordable living space. At “campusglueck” students will have the choice between one- and two-room apartments, as well as communal apartments for sharing. The apartments are partially furnished and offer everything that a student needs to get started in their new home.

“Campusglueck” offers special services

Students who live at “campusglueck” will enjoy a range of benefits. For example, electricity, television and internet connections are registered through “campusglueck”, avoiding time-consuming registration processes and annoyingly long contract periods. A local campus manager represents students on all tenant-related issues. Various communal areas also offer the chance to meet other students or to study for an exam together.
